  Peggy Stevens Peggy is a retired CPA graduating from Ohio State University with a BS in accounting. She has extensive experience with small business issues and has taught tax, accounting and business related classes at private seminars as well as at the college level. Peggy’s goal is to make confusing tax issues clearer so you can focus your energies on developing your alpaca farm. Peggy Stevens and her husband, David, have been alpaca breeders since 2003. They currently have 50 alpacas and counting on their 20 acre farm located in Astoria, OR.

A Day at the Ranch

Northwest Alpacas is excited to announce this new program, which is held on most Mondays of each month. The day is organized to give prospective alpaca breeders a snapshot of what it takes to operate a successful ranch operation. This seminar is free and includes lunch with the Northwest Alpacas staff.

Price of $25 to $100.00 per person includes lunch and course materials. The one day seminars are free to clients that have purchased alpacas from Northwest Alpacas. Attendees may purchases a copy of either Ideal Alpacas: From Myth to Reality or The Alpaca Chronicles at the seminar rate of $75.00.

Price of $100.00 per individual, includes lunch, dinner and course materials for three days. For attendees who purchase alpacas or breedings from Northwest Alpacas, the seminar price will be credited toward their purchase.
